2. Are the cushions made in Australia?

Yes! All our custom cushions are printed, sewn, and assembled locally in Sydney, Australia. This ensures premium quality control, quicker turnaround times, and supports local manufacturing.

3. What branding methods do you offer?

We offer several professional branding finishes to suit your design:

Full-colour sublimation printing (edge-to-edge, high-resolution)

Screen printing (great for bold, graphic logos)

4. What are the cushions filled with?

We use eco-friendly cushion inserts made by Inner Green. These are filled with 100% recycled PET fibre derived from plastic bottles, offering a sustainable, non-toxic, and allergy-free alternative to traditional polyester or foam fills.

5. Can you print full-colour designs or photos?

Absolutely! Our dye sublimation printing allows for full-colour, photo-quality artwork that covers the entire cushion surface, edge to edge. It’s perfect for vibrant logos, patterns, illustrations, or photographic images.

6. What sizes do you offer?

We can produce cushions in a variety of standard sizes (like 45cm x 45cm) or custom dimensions to suit your needs. Let us know your preferred size during the quote process.

7. How long does production take?

Typical lead times are 2 weeks depending on your order size and complexity. We also offer express turnaround options for events and urgent campaigns. Get in touch with your deadline and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

We Use Recycled PET Cushion Inserts

Inner Green’s recycled PET fiber is derived from 100% post consumer water bottles. The fiber looks, feels and performs in the same way as a high-grade poly fiber, but is completely recycled.

For every 1kg of fiber used, we save around 70 water bottles from ending up in landfill. Our Recycled PET fiber is also 100% non-allergenic.
