Yes! We design, print, sew, and assemble all cushions locally at our Sydney factory for quality control and faster delivery.

We use eco-friendly cushion inserts made by Inner Green. These are filled with 100% recycled PET fibre derived from plastic bottles, offering a sustainable, non-toxic, and allergy-free alternative to traditional polyester or foam fills.

5. Can you print full-colour designs or photos?

Absolutely! Our dye sublimation printing allows for full-colour, photo-quality artwork that covers the entire cushion surface, edge to edge. It’s perfect for vibrant logos, patterns, illustrations, or photographic images.

6. What sizes do you offer?

We can produce cushions in a variety of standard sizes (like 45cm x 45cm) or custom dimensions to suit your needs. Let us know your preferred size during the quote process.

7. How long does production take?

We use cushion inserts from Inner Green, filled with 100% recycled PET fibre derived from post-consumer plastic bottles. These inserts are non-toxic, allergy-free, and perform like premium polyester while helping reduce landfill.

For every 1kg of PET fibre used, around 70 plastic bottles are saved from landfill, making our cushions as sustainable as they are stylish.
