What to Know Before Using Our BYO Printing Service
To get the best results, please consider the following:
Garment Suitability
Some materials, especially heavily textured or synthetic fabrics like nylon or certain activewear, may not be suitable for printing. We recommend 100 percent cotton or cotton rich blends. We’ll always check before we begin.
Garment Condition
Garments must be new, unworn and freshly washed. This ensures proper ink adhesion and helps maintain a clean, professional print.
Design Files and Print Details
Please send your artwork in high resolution (PDF, EPS, AI or transparent PNG preferred). Be sure to specify:
Placement (for example, front chest, full back, sleeve)
Size of the print
Any colour or finish preferences
BYO Printing Risks
As we haven’t supplied or tested your garments, we cannot guarantee long term durability or wash resistance. That said, we’ll still use the best method available for a high quality finish.

Drop Off or Delivery
You can drop your garments at our Sydney location or send them directly to us from your supplier. Once printing is complete, we can ship them back to you or arrange local pickup.
