ARTWORK DESIGN TIPS:

IMAGE FORMATS:

Our online t-shirt designer accepts the following image formats only:

JPG, PNG and SVG files. (It does not accept EPS or PDF files!)

For optimal quality clothing prints we recommend saving your photos as a high quality JPG or PNG file at least 200 DPI. Please upload your artwork at the preferred print size you want.If using any special fonts in your artwork file ensure artwork fonts have been converted into outlines.

When printing large prints, save your files at least 35cm wide when possible.

(At least 3000 pixels wide).

HOW TO REMOVE A BACKGROUND FROM AN IMAGE:

To print a transparent image (without a background or box) - Upload your file as a high quality transparent PNG file. Otherwise if you upload your photo as a JPG file, Under the Additional Notes Box on Checkout Page - add this text: "Please remove background from image". Once your order has been placed our designer team will then manually remove the background image free of charge before printing!

ARTWORK PRINT COLOUR MATCHING:

We print all images in a full colour CMYK digital print process. As such we can't match a 100% Pantone colour. We will do our best to print the artwork and images as close as possible. Due to different computer and mobile screens your image may have a slight colour variation once printed. If your after an exact match to a certain Pantone PMS colour you can add: Under the Additional Notes Box on Checkout Page - add this text: "e.g. please print red colour as close to a bright fire red .... ". And we will try our best to print as close as possible!

ARTWORK SIZES:

Our standard print sizes are: For small front left chest or front right chest position @ 8-10 cm wide. For large front centre or large back centre position @ 30cm wide x 45cm height. For kids & ladies garments print sizes may be reduced accordingly to fit garments.

If you need a custom specific print size: Under the Additional Notes Box on Checkout Page - add this text: "e.g. please print front image @ X cm wide .... ". We also recommend uploading your images at the printing size you prefer. e.g. If you want the front image printed @ 20 cm wide, then upload your file @ 20 cm wide.

MAXIMUM PRINT SIZE:

Our maximum print is 35cm Wide x 45cm Height.

GARMENT MOCK UP & PRODUCT COLOUR MATCHING:

Most of the garment clothing colours have been matched as close as possible to the actual garment colour. There may be a slight colour difference between what you see on screen and the real life garment/shade colour. If your after an exact PMS colour match we suggest you order a blank t-shirt sample first.

PRINTING TO THE EDGES:

Unfortunately we can't do any garment prints that go all the way to edge. This is due to our rectangular printing frame that needs to hold the garment in place when printing as well as the maximum printing area our digital machines can print! Maximum printing size is 35cm W x 45cm height.
